Tammy Lagasse, PTA, LMT

Tammy, owner of Genesis Bodywork, is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and Massage Therapist with fifteen years of experience. She earned her Pilates Rehabilitation Certification from Polestar Education in 1999 and began using the approach in outpatient rehabilitation. In 2004 she opened her clinic specializing in massage, Pilates based rehabilitation and fitness.

Always, interested in learning more and on the look out for techniques to enhance her clients lives Tammy was certified in CoreAlign training in 2013 and in 2014 received her certification in Manual Lymphatic Therapy.

Nancy Kysela, PT

Nancy is a licensed Physical Therapist who has been practicing for over 25 years. She has studied various manual therapies extensively including craniosacral therapy, muscle energy, strain/counterstrain, myofascial release and visceral mobilization. Nancy has also trained in movement re-education techniques including Feldenkrais, Alexander, Continuum, Iyengar Yoga and Pilates.

Lisa Mundy, LMT, NCBTMB

Lisa is a nationally board certified licensed massage therapist who has been practicing in MD, DE and now FL for 4 years.   A graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute, She has studied myofascial release, lymphatic massage and reflexology. Lisa believes that a relaxed and intuitive nervous system are key elements in healing and maintaining a balance in our bodies ongoing attempt for homeostasis.

Lindsay Webb, Certified Pilates Instructor

Lindsay discovered her passion for Pilates through dance. Her journey began inside her
Mother’s dance studio in DeLand, FL. After 16 years of training, she became an instructor and developed a strong passion for movement.

Lindsay moved to Los Angeles to further her training and worked professionally in the dance industry. She credits the Pilates method for keeping her strong and free from injury which inspired her to become a certified Pilates Instructor.

After 10 years of training and teaching in California, Lindsay decided to move
back to Florida. She is happy to call St. Augustine home and is excited to share her passion for Pilates with the community. Her goal is to help people feel good and move well, and encourages her clients to live a healthy, happy lifestyle.
